Service Description
We bring the heat to you! Hire our beautiful Wood fired barrel Sauna and 2 x double person Ice baths for 8 hours for your next event! What's included: - 8 hour Sauna and Ice bath hire (2 x double person ice baths) - 8 hours worth of wood - 2 hours worth of ice - Shower - Essential oils for smelling (Note: Please BYO towels as we have minimal for hire. BYO water. Sauna master is not included in this booking but you will be provided with verbal instructions on how to manage the fire. Additional $55 per hour for sauna master on site to facilitate sessions and fire maintenance)
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy At Heaters Sunshine Coast Natural Sauna, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. To ensure fairness for all clients, we have established the following cancellation policy: Cancellation Notice: • A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule a booking. • Failure to provide adequate notice will result in full payment for the scheduled session. Session Availability: • Each session has a maximum capacity of 8 people. • To confirm availability, please contact us directly. Cancellation Procedures: • To cancel or reschedule, notify us via phone or email. • Provide your booking reference number (if applicable) and requested changes. Refund Policy: • Cancellations with 24+ hours' notice: Full refund or session credit. • Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice: No refund or session credit. Late Arrival/No-Show Policy: • Late arrivals may result in reduced session time. • No-shows will incur full payment for the scheduled session.
