Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy At Heaters Sunshine Coast Natural Sauna, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. To ensure fairness for all clients, we have established the following cancellation policy: Cancellation Notice: • A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule a booking. • Failure to provide adequate notice will result in full payment for the scheduled session. Session Availability: • Each session has a maximum capacity of 8 people. • To confirm availability, please contact us directly. Cancellation Procedures: • To cancel or reschedule, notify us via phone or email. • Provide your booking reference number (if applicable) and requested changes. Refund Policy: • Cancellations with 24+ hours' notice: Full refund or session credit. • Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice: No refund or session credit. Late Arrival/No-Show Policy: • Late arrivals may result in reduced session time. • No-shows will incur full payment for the scheduled session.
